Welcome

The staff at Little world Educational Society  Childcare are qualified; as required by the Provincial Staff Qualifications of Alberta. Our passion is to provide quality educational care for children and help to promoting self-esteem and empathy towards others. Our goal within all Center’s is to take an educational approach to childcare while creating opportunities for developmental growth of children through play and child’s interest theme based activities. All staff has their Child Development Assistant, Child Development Worker or Child Development Supervisor Certification and have recent police/security clearance checks, and are trained in Childcare First Aid and CPR. All staff are required to sign an agreement stating that they are willing to continue building and enriching the skills they have through education and/or monthly workshops in future. The experience and knowledge of the staff  Childcare comes together positively to create an enriching learning environment for all children.

Code of Ethics

LWES Childcare respect our Canadian Childcare Federation and as well as Youth Care association of Alberta. LWES Childcare borrowed and followed some of them in manner of respect and right of children, parent toward staff member.

LWES Childcare obligation toward children:

  • LWES Childcare believes, little children as small citizen of our country Canada.  We shall respect and provide first priority to their needs.
  • It is LWES Childcare duty to recognize the potentiality of each child in center and provide full support to their early development.
  • We respect all the right of the children and right to ask question and right to express their feeling.  We shall encourage and provide different views and opinion free from any bias.
  • LWES Childcare respect the children’s need and provide help to protect and extend the child’s physical well being, emotional stability, mental status capacity, and social responsibility.
  • LWES Childcare respect all different culture and different tradition. We shall obliged to treat  all children equally  without any difference of race, gender, creed, socio-economic standard, disability or any different appearances.
  •  Childcare does not approve of any kind of punishment for example-  Physical abuse , Verbal abuse, Social abuse, Threats, or any other action which is not supportive and which could be detrimental  to a child’s self esteem and development.
